Here is a list of places I will be appearing at in 2012. I will update this list as I book additional appearances.

About Lin Laurie, M. ED.

Lin has an extensive background as a technical writer and instructional designer with over 30 years of experience documenting software. She has a degree in Educational Technology from University of Washington and has worked with Joe Welinske for many years on his WritersUA conferences as a moderator and speaker. She has spoken at local STC meetings many times over the last 15 years and even taught a professional development course locally on RoboHelp several years ago. She is a contributing writer in two highly popular technical books: “Developing Online Help for Windows,” by Boggan, Farkas, and Welinske and also in “HTML in Action,” by Bruce Morris. She’s also the author of several non-technical books including “Adventures with Ambien and Other Stories” and “Death of Dirty Angels.” Her latest book, “Body and Soul – The Story of Life and Death,” is due out in June.
